With continuous optimizations and development of new items, Binotto has the ambition to keep setting the industry standards and drive the market into the future. One  of the recent Binotto inventions is B3 Technology which consists in a new upgraded version of the Binotto design, including a unique cushion system, preventing impacts and vibrations in the system and providing top safety and stability, even at high speed, together with less-maintenance and durability.

Our history

  • 2017

    In March, Binotto opened a new subsidiary in Italy fully dedicated to the Italian market. This operation is part of the bigger international expansion process of the Group and is in accordance with its service delivery policy: reliability, timeliness and effectiveness at the highest levels. It is a special service fully dedicated to those operators active in the Italian tipping industry: manufacturers, dealers, shops and workshops of all sizes.

  • 2016

    In September, during the IAA Commercial Vehicles Show in Hannover (Germany), Binotto celebrated the world premiere of its new revolutionary invention: ITA (Intelligent Tipping Assistant), a new innovative system, a first-of-its-kind combination of hydraulics for tipping vehicles and micro-electro-mechanical components (MEMS technology) to assist the operator during the tipping operation!

  • 2015

    At the end of 2015, Binotto Peru was established in Lima. It was the second Binotto Subsidiary in Latin America, together with Binotto Chile.

  • 2014

    In September 2014, during the IAA Commercial Vehicles Show  in Hannover (Germany), Binotto lifts the covers off a new type of cylinders. B3 is the name of the new revolutionary technology. It is the birth of a new generation of cylinders for tippers.
    The B3 patented technology is an upgraded version of the Binotto top quality design, which has been empowered by adding an internal cushion system that provides top safety and stability even at high speed together with less-maintenance and durability.

  • 2014

    In June 2014, the Binotto group opened a new plant, in Wuxi (China), 100 km far from Shanghai. Binotto China (officially Wuxi Binotto Hydraulic Co., Ltd) is the 5th factory for the group and is mainly dedicated to the production of front-end cylinders, nevertheless upon request it is also able to produce shorter tubes for underbody applications.

  • 2012

    Moving to the new site in Flores da Cunha Binotto Brasil turns into a manufacturing plant.
    Nowadays it is still the most advanced factory for production of hydraulic equipment in the whole Latin American region.
    At the end of 2012, Binotto Chile, located in Santiago, is established in Chile.

  • 2009-2010

    Opening of new commercial branches in Russia and Brasil

  • 2007

    Binotto establishes its third manufacturing plant in Stanghella (Padova, Italy).

  • 2004-2006

    Both the manufacturing plants of the Binotto Group are completely renewed and Binotto becomes the largest fully European manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders.

  • 2002-2004

    As a result of new internationally-focused vision and strategy, Binotto Iberica is established in Burgos (Spain) and new dealerships are launched with instant success in France and other European and Non-European countries (C.I.S. regions, North Africa, Far East and South America).

  • 1999-2001

    Binotto UK, located in Loughborough, England, is established as the first Binotto Subsidiary Company, aimed at providing the best technical solutions for the specific needs of the UK market.
    Binotto establishes a second subsidiary company in Poland, to keep up with the fast development of this country.
    Middle East market is also a strategic target for Binotto and shortly gets a good market share and reputation, especially in Saudi Arab, Egypt and UAE

  • 1996-1998

    Business activity is completely reorganized, with the priority to develop and increase the export market creating a worldwide distribution network.

  • 1995

    Binotto moves to a new manufacturing site with 10.000 sqm area and fully automatized production lines.

  • 1994

    The Companies Binotto and MARIZ join together under control of the Marfin holding company.
    This is the birth of a Binotto Group, the only one in Europe able to design and produce such a vast quantity and variety of telescopic cylinders covering the widest range of payload requirements, varying from 1 to 100 tons.

  • ‘70

    Shortly after developing telescoping cylinders for gvW 3,5 tons vehicles and the industrial market, MARIZ becomes the most popular cylinder brand name among the Italian body-builders of light tipping vehicles and starts exporting its products to England, Germany and France.

  • ‘60

    MARIZ is established in Fontaniva (near Padova - Italy) to produce Telescopic Cylinders for light tipping vehicles.

  • ‘50

    Binotto starts producing under-body and front-end cylinders for the industrial vehicles market in its first plant near Vicenza-Italy and shortly becomes the most popular cylinder brand name among the Italian tipping vehicle manufacturers.
    In this context Binotto develops its special product design, introducing:
    - the solid design, consisting in tube stop contact faces machined directly on the material itself, without any additional clipped component;
    - the roller burnishing finishing process;

    offering more reliable and long-lasting products as a result of these implementations.
