Processing concerns personal data collected by the company Binotto S.r.l. or Mariz S.r.l. through its website, such as: first name, surname, company, email address, telephone number, preferences and/or interests in the type of service offered, etc..
2. Purpose of data processing.
The purpose of processing is to perform the activity of commercial information and promotion of the services and products of Binotto S.r.l. and Mariz S.r.l.such as: offers to customers, other information concerning products and services, etc..
3. Method of data processing.
Data will be processed and stored both in printed form and using information instruments, by Binotto S.r.l., and Mariz S.r.l. according to the methods established in Article 11 of the Consolidation Act of Legislative Decree 196/2003.
4. Mandatory or optional nature of providing data.
Without prejudice to the personal autonomy of the person concerned, data is required to be provided in order to use the services indicated in paragraph 2) above.
5. Refusal to provide data.
If the person concerned refuses, either wholly or in part, to provide the data and authorise its processing this may make it impossible for Binotto S.r.l. or Mariz S.r.l. to perform the activity of information and promotion pursuant to paragraph 2).
6. Data communication.
Without prejudice to communication and distribution implemented in fulfilment of legal obligations, all data collected and processed will be handle exclusively by Binotto S.r.l. or Mariz S.r.l. in accordance with the laws in force and will not be subject to distribution, except to parties delegated and/or entrusted to perform the activities correlated to supplying the service.
7. Rights of the person concerned.
The person concerned may exercise all rights pursuant to Article 7 of the Consolidation Act of Legislative Decree 196/2003, indicated below, including right to withdraw, rectify, update, oppose processing and also cancel, contacting the owner of data processing by sending an email to the address: info@binotto.com.
8. Owner, person responsible for and persons entrusted with processing.
The owner and person responsible for data processing is the company Binotto S.r.l., with headquarters in Dueville (VI) - Italy - Via Divisione Julia, n° 7/b, VAT Registration n° 01468100241. The persons entrusted with processing data are the staff of the administration department, the sales department and the marketing department of Binotto S.r.l. and any other persons delegated.
9. Right to access personal data and other rights
The person concerned has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of his/her personal data, even if not yet registered, and communication of said data in intelligible form. In particular, the person concerned has the right to obtain information:
a) on the origin of the personal data;
b) on the purpose and method of processing;
c) on the logic applied in the case of processing performed with the assistance of electronic instruments;
d) on the identifying details of the owner, of the persons responsible and of the representative designated in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2;

c) certification that the parties to whom the data were communicated or distributed have been made aware of the operations pursuant to letters a) and b), also with regard to their content,  with the exception of the case in which this proves to be impossible or requires the use of means manifestly disproportionate with respect to the right protected.
The person concerned is entitled to oppose, wholly or in part:
a) for legitimate reasons, processing of his/her personal data even if pertinent to the purpose of their collection;
